• Kalasham (Sacred Pot)—A silver, brass, or copper pot filled with water and topped with a coconut.
• Mango leaves—to decorate the Kalasham.
• Turmeric powder & Kumkum (Vermillion)—for applying on the Kalasham and for puja.
• Rice—symbol of prosperity, placed inside the Kalasham.
